In just a year of operation, Kanoa’s Hawaiian Grill, helmed by husband-and-wife team Chastin Kanoa Okalani and Lindsay Okalani, has become one of the most in-demand food trucks, thanks to their embrace of traditional Hawaiian dishes and cooking methods.
